1.  HYGIEIA internet pharmacy operates by means of the internet website at the following domain: www.hygieia.pl, www.hygieia.com.pl, www.lekidlamnie.pl, www.lekidlamnie.com.pl Placing the orders is possible 24 hours a day.

2.  Placing the order happens after choosing goods from HYGIEIA pharmacy offer by filling in the order form and accepting the method of payment.

3.  All the prices are gross prices in Polish złoty (PLN)

4.  The client has the right to choose the way of delivery and the method of payment according to specification of the order form.

5.  The order will not be realised when the data included in the form are not complete.

7.  The realisation of the payment is possible by:
   - a pay card by a secure card payment website according to AllPay Europe regulations of payment,
   - money transfer, electronic money transfer according to AllPay Europe regulations of payment,

8.  The delivery of the dispatch takes place:
   - in the area of Krakow the next day after placing the order, Sundays and public holidays excluded. The order has to be placed till 6 pm.
   - in the rest of Poland 1 to 4 working days after the day of placing the order, Sundays and public holidays excluded

9.  The cost of the dispatch is covered by the recipient. The cost depends on the form of the dispatch and the address:
   - the dispatch worth more than 69 PLN realised in the area of Krakow by HYGIEIA courier is free of charge. There is 8.50 złoty as the order cost added to each dispatch which is worth less than 69 złoty. The money is taken by the courier

In case of the dispatch outside Krakow realised by the UPS the cost is following:
     - 8,50 PLN - in the area of Poland by priority parcel. Dispatch worth more than 270 PLN is free of charge.
     - 79 PLN (5kg)- in the area of EU, ordinary Polish parcel excluded.

The cost of a parcel sent by the Polish Post is automatically added the cost of the order and is not extra charged at the receipt.

10.  All products and goods offered by HYGIEIA pharmacy are original and delivered by their producers or distributors and characterize of original individual packaging.

11.  The products presented in the photos can be different to those offered on sale due to new packaging introduced by the producer, new measurements, promotional actions, etc.

12.  All materials presented on the website: www.hygieia.pl, www.hygieia.com.pl, www.lekidlamnie.pl, www.lekidlamnie.com.pl bear only information purposes.
The specification of products, their features, measurements and effects comes from the information provided by the producers or/and their distributors

13.  HYGIEIA internet pharmacy has the right to change the rules of sale included in these regulations.

14.  HYGIEIA internet pharmacy has the right to withdraw temporary or for ever some products presented in the internet offer.

15.  All matters which have not been provided for herein shall be subject to the regulations of the Polish Law, in particular of the Code of Civil Procedure and of the pharmaceutical Law, and any other legal acts of law.

16.  All personal data obtained by HYGIEIA are confidential. According to the Legal Act of Personal Data (29/08/1997) the data will not be revealed to the third party. The clients have the right to access their data, modify them and forbid their processing. .

17.  The party which places the order being the consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 10 days after the date of conclusion. Withdrawal is valid only when all the items have been returned by the buyer in original untouched packaging stored in proper conditions according to the information placed on the product.
