What is the cost of sending the goods?
How can I pay for the order?

 

1. THE USER REGISTRATION
Placing the order is possible after the user registration in our service Registration can be done at any moment while choosing our products .In order to register you have to click registration link and fill in the form.

2. THE CHOICE OF PRODUCTS
The products available in our internet sales have been grouped into categories. In order to add the product to the shopping list you have to select the category, choose the product and put it into the basket. You can check the content of your basket at any time.

3. BROWSER
The other way to choose the product is to use the browser

You have to write the name of a product or a producer and click the button SEARCH. If you are not sure about the name you can use an asterisk:"*".

4. PLACING THE ORDERS
The orders can be placed in different ways:
- by choosing the products from the internet list and then
  confirming the choice.
- by phoning (0) 12 4124544
- by email: zamow@hygieia.pl In the email there should be given correct address data and the names and number of items of the ordered products. Having received the order we will contact you back for confirmation.

ATTENTION!! In the area of KRAKOW
we also accept telephone orders for all medicines available in our store including reduced price medicines, on prescription - in this case we have to arrange a visit of our representative in order to collect the prescriptions from your place. The prescriptions are realised by a pharmacist and delivered with a receipt to the patient' s house.

5. CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER AND ITS STATUE
Every registered user of the shop can check if his order has been registered in the system. In order to do this the user has to click YOUR ORDERS button and chose the date Each order has its status.
Status CONFIRMED is given when the order has been accepted by the system and all items are available. In case of any shortage or other problems the pharmacy worker asks by email for clarification and confirmation of possible changes .Later on the order gets CONFIRMED status.
TO BE SENT status means that the ordered items has been sent
REJECTED/CANCELLED status means that the order has been rejected or cancelled.

Your first order will be confirmed by phone or email if there is any doubt about the correctness of provided data. Our employee will contact you to verify the data provided by you in the registration form.

6. REALISATION OF THE ORDER
The orders from the area of KRAKOW on more than 69 PLN are realised free of charge.
The cost of sending goods by a priority the Polish Post parcel is 8,50 PLN in case of the payment realised by a pay card or money transfer to our account
The orders worth more than 270 złoty are realised free of charge
The cost of international ordinary parcel is 56 PLN.

7. PAYMENTS
We prefer the following methods of payment:
- cash payment on delivery (by postal order)
- pay card or electronic money transfer

International parcel is sent only after having realised the payment by a pay card or electronic money transfer.

Where can I get the ordered items in case I was absent when the courier visited me?
The parcels sent by the Polish Post can be collected at the post office stated on the return receipt left by a deliverer. Delivery in the area of Krakow is realised by our representatives. In case of your absence the items can be collected at our location at 67 Dobrego Pasterza Street or you can contact us to arrange another delivery time, which in such a case will cost extra 10 PLN.

What is the time of delivery?
The items are sent by the Polish Post by a priority parcel in Poland and ordinary parcel in EU. Our employee sends the parcel within 48 hours (from Monday to Friday) provided that the ordered goods are on stock. The delivery time includes the delivery by post. Altogether it takes 3 - 4 days. In case of a temporary shortage the clients are always informed about the planned delivery time. The order can be also realised partially or cancelled.

What is the cost of sending the goods?
The orders from Krakow worth more than 69 PLN are realised free of charge.
The cost of sending goods by a priority Polish Post parcel is 8 PLN in case of the payment realised by a pay card or money transfer to our account.
The orders worth more than 139 złoty are realised free of charge.
The cost of international ordinary parcel is 56 złoty.

How can I pay for the order?
We prefer the following methods of payment:
- cash payment on delivery (by postal order)
- pay card,
- money transfer on our account - transaction number must be provided

What happens if I order the items which are out of stock?
The products from our offer can be temporary out of stock. In such a case the client who has ordered the items will be immediately informed by email. The order will be suspended till the client informs us about his decision - immediate dispatch of incomplete order, longer realisation waiting period, cancellation of the order.

Is VAT included in the prices given on your website?
YES. All the prices are gross prices.
